At Aztec Manufacturing Corporation, we offer precision CNC machining services for customers in automotive, off-road, and agriculture industries. Processes such as drilling, reaming, tapping, boring, and grinding are carried out. Parts are created in a single set up, maintaining tolerances of ± 0.00035″. To complete our full service capabilities, we also provide in-house fixturing and tooling, ensuring a complete manufacturing process in one place. We specialize in prototype to high volume production, with turnaround time of 8 weeks. Rush work is available as requested.

Other services available include light assembly, packaging, parts washing, and painting. Our products are subject to vigorous quality control measures including SPC and CMM, as well as testing methods including hardness and electronic air gauging.
