Recognizing our customers and Aztec's competitive situation in a world market, Aztec has recently entered into a long term "Strategic Alliance" with DomCast Metals Inc. (China). The main purpose of this alliance is to ensure Aztec's growth while at the same time meeting our customers expectation for quality, delivery and pricing based on a global supply base.
How our customers benefit:
Aztec will continue to be the Tier 1 supplier to our customer assuming full responsibility for all customer liaison: purchasing, engineering, design, quality, warehousing, delivery, etc.
With the machining of the part to be done off shore, the final cost to our customer will only see a portion of our normal overhead and SG&A. This ABC approach to costing, will reflect in very competitive pricing to our customers.
